At EJHERB, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience with us is always positive. However, we understand that at times you may wish to return items that you have bought. However,  our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms for accepting returns and providing refunds for products purchased on  EJHERB on behalf of our vendors. Additionally, it clarifies situations in which we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Return period and conditions for acceptance of returns

Anyways,  returns made after the specified returns period cannot be accepted for any reason. However, this policy does not affect your legal rights against the seller. Although, during the returns period, you may return items purchased on EJHERB for the reasons listed below

Moreover, to be eligible for a return, you must keep the items in their original condition, unused and unworn, along with their original packaging and intact seal (if applicable), unless the item became defective after delivery or got damaged during the returns period due to reasonable use (in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines, if applicable).

3. Items that cannot be returned

At our company, we give priority to customer safety. We do not accept returns for certain product categories that may pose health or hygiene risks, or those that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. Additionally, we will only issue refunds for such items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit product. It’s worth noting that we do not accept return or refund requests for these product categories if you decide to return them due to a change of mind

4. Packaging returns

When returning items to Recsmedix Natural Solution, please make sure to include all original packaging, tags, and labels to ensure they are in the same condition as when you received them. Knowing, that the  responsibility for the items lies with you until EJHERB receives them, making it essential to package them properly to prevent any damage during transportation

Furthermore, please note that any items that were not initially received from EJHERB, as well as any personal data, must be excluded and removed respectively when returning the product. Also, any personal data breaches resulting from the failure to remove such data are the sole responsibility of the customer, and EJHERB cannot be held liable.

 

5. Refunds

Moreover, once we approve your return or if you do not receive the ordered item, we will refund you the item’s purchase price within the timeframe mentioned on the return timelines page.

Furthermore, we will reimburse you for the entire delivery cost of the returned items if you received incorrect, defective, or damaged items once we process your return request. Additionally, once we approve your return or if you do not receive the ordered item, we will refund you the item’s purchase price within the period mentioned on the return timelines page.

Moreover, in case you receive incorrect, or damaged items, we will refund you for the entire delivery cost of the returned items after processing your return request.

6. Rejected return and refund requests and forfeiture

As well as, upon receiving your returned item, EJHERB will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria stated in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Although, If we do not approve your return request, we will not refund the purchase price or delivery fees, and we will try to redeliver the item twice within three business days.

Although, if we cannot deliver the item successfully after two attempts, we will inform you that we will hold the item for an additional 10 days from the initial notification date.

The notification will provide you with information about the pick-up location and its operating hours. But, if you fail to collect the item within the specified time frame, you will forfeit the item and it will become the property of EJHERB.

7. No exchange
